These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getmachineharbor.com, operated by Melvin Strandberg, Sweden ("MachineHarbor," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we do
MachineHarbor is a lead generation and referral service. We connect owners of used equipment with dealers and buyers who may be interested in purchasing it. We do not buy, sell, inspect, appraise, finance, transport or broker equipment, and we do not make offers or set prices.
2. No guarantee
We do not guarantee that you will be contacted, receive an offer, sell your equipment, or receive any particular price. Whether to sell, and on what terms, is entirely between you and the buyer.
3. We are not a party to any transaction
Any agreement, sale, payment, inspection or transport is made directly between you and the dealer or buyer. We are not responsible for the conduct, offers, payments or obligations of any dealer, buyer or seller. Please do your own due diligence before completing any transaction.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information, to submit information only about equipment you own or are authorized to sell, and not to misuse the site or submit false, fraudulent or unlawful information.
5. Free for sellers
Our service is free for equipment owners. Dealers and buyers who receive leads do so under a separate agreement with us.
6. Intellectual property
The MachineHarbor name, logo and website content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
7. Disclaimer
The site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MachineHarbor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a transaction between you and a dealer or buyer.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have where you live.
